This is not looking good.  I have not been able to get the verify to work at
all.  I can not run the test query.  I have this running on 2 other nt
machines in my office and they are both fine. 
This is the code for the error that comes up after a test of query.

You can assign the SYSTEM account permissions on a file (or registry key
using REGEDT32.EXE) as if it were any other account. There is no interface
for changing user rights for SYSTEM, to the best of my knowledge. You can
allow other users to "act as part of the operating system", which I assume
corresponds to having the same user rights as SYSTEM, but that won't help
you, I don't think.
