Not as far as I can tell there are no differences.  The one that I did find
was the ODBC drivers.  So I upgraded to current.  I have change the services
settings back and forth to no avail.  I check all of the file and directory
security settings and everything is wide open.

Are there any differences between the machine that works and the one that
doesn't?
