Thanks for the info. I know how not to mess up the settings. I need to
figure out how to look at what the setting are, I believe that it is what is
causing my problem. I have checked every thing else out. I have some
experience with NT setup but it is sporadic.

No, the SYSTEM account is separate from the Administrator account. You don't
want to change the permissions of the system account unless you're
absolutely sure what you're doing - and if you don't know what it is, you
probably don't know what you need to for this.

Is the database you're trying to connect to on a mapped drive or a network
share? If so, you'll need to configure CF to run as a user with rights to
connect to that network location, and if it's a mapped drive, you'll need to
set up a persistent drive mapping visible to the user account that CF logs
in as. You can't use the SYSTEM account to connect to network resources.
