It was an off-the-shelf third-party product. It didn't really "run CF code",
as I recall. I've got a copy of the old CD around here somewhere; if I find
it soon, I'll take a look. I was one of the ones who suggested moving to the
HTML Help format, though, so I was glad to see the old version go.
