Isn't there a 4.5.2, or is that just for studio not for server? I
think your ISP is being absolutely ludricious. If you are in a shared
server, tell them you want to be moved to one of the newer servers. If you
have a co-located server, tell them to do what you say or you'll find a new
host.
I (unfortunately) have never had the opportunity to do the upgrade
myself. But, I have had no reliability issues with 4.5. Maybe my clients
just use good hosting partners.
