Ken,

Yes we're talking about the same ISP, and I've been
considering asking them to move the site so I'm glad to hear
of your experience. I imagine they are reluctant to cause
disruption in a shared environment by upgrading. 

Seems a shame to have to repeat the process when 5.0 comes along
though.

Otherwise I can't fault them in the 5 years I've used them
for hosting.
