i.e., if I can think of something else I'm too lazy to do myself or too
cheap to hire someone to do, I'll pick two of the entrants to do it for me,
claiming that they "tied" in the first part of the contest.
Gimme a break. Subcontract that part of the project out if you won't have
time to do it.
