Actually, the whole concept and idea behind P3P are pretty interesting 
(but I believe the actual implementation is a disaster which has got 
more to do with Big Companies(tm) extracting information from you as 
with privacy). I would recommend reading the actual standard at 
http://www.w3.org/p3p/
There are also links to a lot of tools to help you build a privacy 
policy (although the IBM one is probably the best).
