If you have CF5 you can use the archive and deploy tool in the CF admin
to make an archive, and not add any files to the archive, but just
collect all your CF server settings, DSNs, CFX tags etc...

Then you can pass that .car to the new server or to your rebuilt server
after a crash and install the archive and choose to have the server
settings from the archive be applied to your server and they should be
matched up just like you had them on the original box.
