Since you're moving from CF 4.5 to 5.0, you probably will want to be careful
doing this. You can, however, migrate things like datasources from one to
the other by backing up and restoring registry keys. The appropriate keys
are:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Allaire\ColdFusion (for CF 4.5; in 5.0, it'll be
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Macromedia\ColdFusion)
HKLM\SOFTWARE\ODBC.INI

Now, with both of these, you won't simply want to export and import without
looking over the new and old registry keys a bit first. In addition, it's
probably not worth exporting all of your general CF configuration
information, since the appropriate values for some of these things will
likely be different in CF 5 than in 4.5.
