Hmmm,

4.5.  The best I can get you there might be to go through the CF
administrator and print all the pages with settings???  Good luck.

I haven't looked at a CF 4.5 install in quite a while.  I know the
archive and deploy tools were new in CF5, so I don't think there is any
easy way to pass the server settings around with 4.5.  There might be
some registry keys you can grab and pass, but I don't know how much good
that will do for the server's stability.

So I defer to other people who have current experience with 4.5.
