If its any help there are free installer programs around. I found one but cant remember the name which allows you to save a site as an executable - customize the installation pages and prompts, allow the user to specify where to put files when setting up, where to read in a terms condition file, read me file etc. It also allows you to specify a file to be called when the setup is complete which you could use to write to the registry ( to set up dsn's etc) I'll see if I can find it and post the link.
