Usually I just write a letter that says:

1. Why we're great
2. What we're going to do
3. What it will do for you
4. How much each item will cost

Subject: Proposal for a new client.

Hi all,

I have a potential client who wants me to dev his site.

He wants me to send in a proposal, now here is the tricky part, I have never
actually written a proposal for a client before.

Does anyone have an example of a Proposal they might like to share so I
could get an idea.

I have heard of an on-line proposal generator of some kind, anyone know a
link?!!?

I have found that "Proposal Kit" software but I am slightly hesitant to
purchase straight off
the bat without being able to see what it does.

any help would be appreciated.

cheers
James.
