Well that depends, php is a spin-off of C and I would have to say CF is a spin-off of HTML. Unless a person has a OOP background, it will be much harder to learn. If you want to call CF a programming language, then I know how to program...but it would take me awhile to pick up on php. But it would be fun ;-)
