OOP has absolutely nothing to do with it. Yes you can write PHP in an OOP
manner but you do not have to. When I said if you know how to program you
won't have a problem learning PHP I meant if you know
Algorithms
Modularity
Data Strutures
Computer/Network archictecture
How to think
then you won't have a problem. If you know 101 programming you'll be fine.
