Check your logs to see if its coming from a browser named Scooter-3.2.EX crawling 
search-engine friendly urls.  I think thats either AOL or Alta Vista.  Bottom line is 
Scooter is freaking over SES urls.

Apparently its treating each url as a starting point, and from each of these 'starting 
points' is crawling the entire site.  Massive traffic results.

Last time I looked had sustained more than 100,000 page views since mid-evening 
yesterday, and its still going on.  Throttled the two affected sites down to 5kbps to 
keep my bandwidth bill from bankrupting me.

I've got CF5 on WSP and I've been seeing the registry setting for the client vars fill 
up exceptionally fast. Every second there's like 4 new items in it. I think this has 
to do with some sort of system probe, but I can't hunt it down and disable it. Any 
clue from anyone?
