Probably a good idea to use a Captcha component... Alagad.com makes a good one at a reasonable price. It basically presents a dynamically generated image of letters/numbers that need to be entered to 'confirm' that it is a person submitting the form.

Is it best to create a pop up box so they can fill the form out there? Or something else
Is there a particular techinique that you are using or have you built something from the ground up to defeat them once and for all!!
