I can't even cfread the file... with the name of the file hardcoded, it gives me that same error:
An error occurred when performing a file operation read on file \\some\where\ドリフã�®å��曲メãƒãƒ‡ã‚£ãƒ¼.doc. I wonder if it's to do with the encoding of the actual source file?
