I've noticed that with WordPress articles get picked up by google within a day. You can't beat that..!
WordPress is pretty good, I like it better than Blogger. I'd say, go for WordPress, and if you want to do something that you can't do with WordPress, import the RSS from WordPress into your CF blog... Thats what I would do ;-) PS. I'm using both blogger and WordPress, but prefer WordPress more and more.
