Convert the PDF into text and see if you can find the word in a text editor.
Depending on the method used to create a PDF, information can become jumbled
up, and occasionally break individual words.

Is there any reason you're using 6 and not even 6.1? If my memory serves, 6
was practically beta-quality software.
