I hope that I've understood what you're saying.
Flash Remoting's security is so specific that http://localhost:8500/ and http://127.0.0.1:8500/ are regarded as different domains and therefore will not work.

"*Component not found
*The component definition file for component 'regencyhouse.components.vote' cannot be found on this server."
