Also - I think when you call the service it should be: 'components.vote' NOT 'regency.components.vote'
Looking at the actual website: 'http://regencyhouse.peoplenews.com/regencyhouse/components/vote.cfc' gives me a 404 where as 'http://regencyhouse.peoplenews.com/components/vote.cfc' gives me what seems to be a disabled CFC browser. your root doesn't start before 'regencyhouse' it starts INSIDE 'regencyhouse' Does this make sense? <- doing 7 things at once.
