Now don't be mean. You have to remember that those guys at Daemon are the fatcats now. They have all the time in the world to tinker and play around with blogs and wade through stuff like that, play with games, draw pictures of themselves using cartoon generators.
While the rest of us have to actually EARN our livings. Most blogs (not talking specifically about fullasagood necessarily) seem to be just like forums, only not organized in any way, and just a long list of random postings. Somewhere in there might be a gem of interest, but most of it is just mud.
