Random thoughts. With all the pushing of Flash MX genuine movies and etc its not a flash movie? Maybe even with an embedded interactive feedback/questions center? A rich user experience from a single screen
I dunno, I'm just imagining a 'help app' that displays a movie or help document down one panel, with the option to submit feedback or questions in relation to the active document, and an interactive header that says 'X macromedian guru's are online to answer your questions. If one of them can answer your question they will respond immediately, otherwise you will recieve a response via email as soon as possible' Then just draw simple stats off which help articles are obscure or have ltos of commentary - an easy rate this article system to make life easy as well. recordable user information to personalise the interface with a favourites list, an unread articles list ordered by age and catagory so you could sneak in and show the 'Unread articles on CFMX released in the last week' and hell maybe even questions at the end to contribute towards certification practice with a log of how well you did on what dates that you could compete with other geeks about. Just off the top of my head about neat things for a help option. Hell, drop in a Cam/Voice chat option in the same thing so macromedians can geek err confrence about how cool stuff is. Some Contribute demo's wiped and reloaded daily and a flash replication of the Contribute interface, with limited functionality but to display the options and let people play with how cool Contribute can be from default styles through a browser. A CFC Webservice index would be cool as well - Webservice of the day, sample code for calling the service and handling the return results, and randomly contributed soap services to do cool stuff.
