Gee man, I dunno.. givin time isn't free :D In regards to the tutorials / video stream.. yes and no.. in that instead of using Quicktime plugin, you could use flash :D secondly, have segments.. ie "today we are going to teach the monkeys how to tween in CFMX..." show them the first part, and then have a "ok you go off and try it" so they stop and go and come back and move on etc..
