Grrr you've tapped into my number one pet hate (Tallica Bashing)
*(deep
breathe)*

I've been listening to Tallica since Garage Days (not the revisted,
the LP, when a dude across the road from us showed an album and said
scope this out).

I've listened to them pre-Cliff Burton and Jason Newstead, and
despite Garage Days Revisted, being their worse i still regard all the
albums to be top shit.

Justice was their coming of age album, Black Album was their "ok,
this is what it sounds like with commercial digital mastering and bank
managers".. and despite peoples beliefs that Bob Rock turned Metallica
into the dark ages of Back Street Boys type clones, the fact of the
matter remains that the Black Album opened up doors / money banks for
the guys. I liked the Black Album the most, as lyrically and music wise,
it was done with sadly not as much grunt but still gave you that
"goosebump" feeling.. why i get a chubby as soon as i hear the first few
bars of "Sad but true".

Having said that, I think LOAD wasn't their best album, especially songs
like "Hero Of The Day" as i regard that song as Britney Spears with
guitar (hate it). I did like the RELOAD, i think they picked up their
game with this one, and S&M was frekin great (still listen to that on
the train)... While I have nearly every metallica mp3 on the net tucked
nicely on a HDD, in an undisclosed warehouse (don't want the Lars police
after me)... I still worship the music these guys tuff out, and If
rumours persist, and Jason gets back with the band... oOOers Can't wait
till their next album. So, Pre-Justice For All arguements bite, as
Tallica where just as good, probably better if Cliff where alive today
and i think no matter the outcome (seen as though Jaymz is the driving
influence on taste) they would of ended up the same.

Yes.. i am a metclub member :D
