HOWEVER.....


SHOW TABLES is an Oracle (from memory) statement and doesnt work across all databases.

To do something similar in SQL*Server you need to look at the Master database.

Table:        sysdatabases

Then - inside the databases themselves - the following tables:

        sysobjects, syscolumns

The field they are linked on is 'id' - but you will need to work out which are and aren't tables.
