Yes - sadly - only XP - and only XP understands the XML format.
I do know there is a "standard" format for XML spreadsheets - dont know if Excel exports in that format (even if it does - there are probably "extras") - and I dont know if it supports the standard format.
Just another thing for me to investigate.
