Sounds like you need to set up a sub directory for the tasks to run in that has anonymous acess allowed (just let "everyone" read that directory from the security tab). Then see if your queries will run :)

Kylie, On some Intranets the web server is set up for NT authentication only. What this means is that you require a valid NT account to use the web server. Once you login in to your machine in the morning you are then authorised to use what ever drives your sys admin lets you use. When you look at a the web server that has NT authentication only your computer will pass the login details from when you first logged on to your machine. So you don't see the login process but its still there. You need to confirm with your sys admin if the web server is set for NT authentication only or if anonymous access is enabled.
