Hi Geoff,

The tasks are actually running in their own sub directory - dailyTasks.
I just tried a few combinations of what you mentioned below, but I still
can't seem to get past that error.

Sounds like you need to set up a sub directory for the tasks to run in 
that has anonymous acess allowed (just let "everyone" read that 
directory from the security tab).  Then see if your queries will run :)
