I have a dream - it has two parts: - Macromedia stop burying their heads in the sand realise that the world still uses paper and SVG is a great format for printing. It is not a conspiracy dreamed up by Adobe to kill Flash. Anyone who points out that SVG doesn't support two way video streaming will be slapped.
- The print industry wakes up and realises formats like PDF and PostScript are for deranged lunatics. Trying to generate print quality documents from CF based apps is a nightmare at the moment - hats off to those who've managed to do it. Macromedia, please stop playing politics by ignoring print. Flash paper is a start but its headed in the wrong direction. SVG is your friend - proprietary formats like PDF are a mistake.
