- get rid of the frames, the user looses to much space for more important things
- get rid of the iframe
- need a clearer navigation
- maybe instead of cramming all info in one navigation try and create a bit more 
structured approach
- move navigation to the right side

- need to know where I am when navigating
- load every page you now load with an achor through the iFrame on its own
- if its a site for children then I like the colors
- can't read blue on blue, i.e. copyright at the bottom
