In my limited experience, lots of companies will like to have a product 'rebranded' so 
that it fits 
in with their corporate image.

Nothing to stop you charging for it however ;o)

And nothing to stop you having a 'power by x software' on the footer either.

But I can't see anything wrong with what he's asking.

I would follow through with 'Do you want me to change teh colours etc of the admin 
section to 
match your corp. identity?', and see if you can get some more work out of it.

Just my thoughts ;o)
