Unfortunately, despite Macromedia's fairly open stance on Flex information, developers on the restricted beta program are under strict NDA and cannot show what they are up to without specific permission from MM.
You won't really see anything emerging regarding Flex that isn't tightly controlled by MM. That said, the best place to pick up on Flex information is likely to be the blog of Flex Evangelist Christophe Coenraets (http://www.markme.com/cc/). Christophe already has several screenshots showing off Flex UIs using the standard, undressed Flex components.

I understand this Andrew but I wish to see what people do with the Flex system, as I believe it could be somewhat different to a standard flash application.
I'm not sure if the system will be used for the creative minded person or more the code type person. Although I am aware most web developers now days have both skills.

Flex produces/serves up Flash movies or .swf files - it would be up to the developer as to what the front end of their application is like.
