Since it is rendered out as a swf, and the whole thing's shrouded under a heavy NDA I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Flex powered apps "walk amongst us" right now without our knowledge... ;-)

You won't really see anything emerging regarding Flex that isn't tightly controlled by MM. That said, the best place to pick up on Flex information is likely to be the blog of Flex Evangelist Christophe Coenraets (http://www.markme.com/cc/). Christophe already has several screenshots showing off Flex UIs using the standard, undressed Flex components.
