ok, more fun... Tried to run the Web Server Configuation Tool, and got the message "The procedure entry point *blah blah* could not be located in the dynamic link library jrun.dll".
I'm assuming that's bad... right now we're doing a complete uninstall, clean off and reinstall. I think the installation is just bad somehow. Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone...
