Makes sense to me, but not to CF.

It's still stopping at the tag call i.e.

I've changed the code inside the custom tag text as below, but CF isn't
even getting that far.

Well, I'm certainly getting some detail for the answer to my other post
(i.e. differences between cfinclude and tags - cfinclude is certainly less
fussy !)
