Where is this tag stored, is it available in the current directory it is
being called, NO. Then if you don't have access to the cfide/administrator
then you will need to look into cfmodule to use instead of the cf_ method.
Which allows you to use custom tags via using their location for example.

SelectOffices.cfm , called as <cf_SelectOffices>
- no probs there, all as per the book.
As I said, probs start with the parameters.

I don't have access, but I'd be amazed if it did.
However, I just tried changing the path/tag name to "FlyingPurplePeople" ,
which I'm sure we don't have as a path, and it made no difference.
