Hi Taco,
get an ADSL connection and host it yourself, that's what I do
I really would advise against this!
Remember the A in ADSL stands for asymmetric ie the speed outbound is a lot slower than the speed inbound.
What about bandwidth redundancy, power redundancy [is it on a UPS with a generator as backup?], security both physical and software, is your sever hardened against attacks and does it sit behind a firewall?. And is your sever in a temperature controlled room and is it monitored 24 hours a day? All things to think about when you are looking to host a site.
It may be that for a personal site or for a testing area an ADSL line might be OK but I've never host a clients site on an ADSL line.
