"Then I look at Peter's CFUG site and see that every page says fuseaction=blahblah."
His says thats because either he is using the fusebox application framework or like some people just try and make there URL vars look as though they are using fusebox, www.fusebox.org Most likely he is using fusebox Depending on how big your sites going to be and how good your cf skills are fusebox maybe for you. if your still grasping cf your probably better just coding what ever way makes ya feel best, how ever if you feel good at it, go with fusebox, if the project grows and you ever need other developers working on it, the other developers will adapt faster and save you time and money. If CF is the only language ya know and ya not a complete guru Id go with fusebox. It took me roughly 30 minutes to grasp it. Just dont buy any books by Hal Helms, they are the worst books ever, nothing but a money hungry leach. If youre quite happy with how youre currently coding and if youre the only person going to use that code then keep coding away. :) Just remember the two sayings just cos you can don't mean you should and just cos ya could don't mean you should --- You are currently subscribed to cfaussie as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Aussie Macromedia Developers: http://lists.daemon.com.au/
