That's good to know, but I am touching wood that I don't need to ring you
guys. I am able to get around most problems, but admit that I have also only
really installed the standalone server of cf and may end up changing when I
have to do the j2ee version. Which I will make an assumption is where most
of the support might come from.

Just to be clear: if you call Macromedia support and your problem turns out
to be a bug in the product, your support incident fee is refunded (as I
understand the policy).
