But if you're having problems with your ISP, can't you just call the help
number and speak to someone about it?
... Oh, sorry. That was in really bad taste. You're with Telstra after all.
They don't have a functional helpline (unless you're willing to invest
several hours on hold, and even then its dubious that you'll be allowed to
speak to someone).
