Can't do that.  The W3C guide says

'Use relative rather than absolute units in markup language attribute values
and style sheet property values. [Priority 2]'

Have to use em's but they show differently in 5.5 and 6.0

What I trying to find is a style sheet solution that looks the same in IE
5.5 and IE 6 but does not use fixed size.  That's where the em's come into
it, but I having problems getting em's and sizes like smaller to work.
