Another one, though limited to 5 users, is at
http://www.paessler.com/webstress/.  Some may remember that I was previously
promoting OpenLoad (http://www.opendemand.com/cf/), who also offer a 5 user
load testing tool that's remotely hosted.

The thing I like about Paessler over OpenLoad is that it's a regular
installed program. A hosted product has its place, but for some simple
testing (or inside a firewall), an installed program is the better solution.

I also recommend Paessler over the MS stress tool only because I like its
interface better.  Again, if 5 users is enough (and hammering a site
frequently they can generate quite a load in a short time), then it may be
worth a look. Note also that their commercial versions are at like $50 for
20 users, \$125 for 100 users, and only $325 for unlimited users.
