I never used the Expression Builder in CFS either, but just by judging the number of times I have heard users bemoaning its absence I have to assume that many do. The Expression Builder is not the same as the insight feature you describe. The Expression Builder is a single dialog that contains a tree control of all functions (useful if you don't remember the name of the function you want), buttons for all operators, and an edit area so that expressions (even complex nested ones) may be built interactively.
Ah, thanx Ben. A bit like the ActionScript tree panel in Flash then? (which I do use because I don't know enough ActionScript functions yet!)
