There are two ways to solve your problem. First, you can manually remove the stubs generated by CFMX by simply deleting the stub files from the file system. Be aware that these class files will likely be in memory, so a restart of CF may be required after their removal. Second, you can make use of Axis directly and call the remote web service dynamically instead of using a stub. Since you the calls are fully dynamic any changes to the remote web service will be reflected automatically. Be aware that there is a slight amount of additional overhead doing calls dynamically as opposed to using a stub.
