I'm curious for those that have gone to the step of creating a data
integration layer whether you like to keep your Data Access Objects (as in
Sean's article example) in the same folder as the business objects they are
tied to or to put them into a seperate DAO folder.  It seems it could be
easier to manage the business and data access objects knowing they were
always next to each other.  But it also seems it could be easier to secure
the data access layer from other layers by having it in its own folder.

Any real world thoughts on whether it matters?
