As Jim said, Allaire used to have docs for hosting providers, as far as I
know, they aren't available anymore.
I tried to track those down but it seems they were never considered Tech Notes in the same way that much of the other CF content was (and which has been preserved post-merger). I've passed your comments / concerns on to the CF product and documentation teams tho'...
