Its All new to me, looking to get some advice, learning another language,
syntax. Is it like connecting to a database? Or is it pure xml?
Flash uses ActionScript. It's not hard to pick up if you know JavaScript / CFScript. The tutorial takes you through the whole process... very, very simple... You write a CFC (ColdFusion Component) to access the database and you call the CFC from Flash.
