Is there a downloadable trial now? Originally there wasn't.
A single IP version of the software is fine for local development; but useless in a "staging" environment.
Good point. I'm a DevNet subscriber, so when I saw that it was available for us to download, I just assumed that it was downloadable from the Downloads section on MM.com.
As far as your staging environment, agreed. However, you might want to give your local MM sales rep a call. They're so anxious to sell Flex that you might be able to work some sort of deal out. That is *not* a suggestion that they will, but themy rep has been extremely cordial and amenable to talking about Flex's current pricing model..
